I went to the temple yesterday with my sisters. One is from Virginia, one from Wyoming, one from Utah, and me, from Idaho. It was so sweet to be in the Lord's holy house with them.
The Jordan River temple was full of people busily engaged in work for the dead.
I felt guidance from above and the fulfillment of this scripture, which is a portion of the dedicatory prayer offered by Joseph Smith in Kirtland:
"And we ask thee, Holy Father, that thy servants
may go forth from this house armed with thy power, and that thy name
may be upon them, and thy glory be round about them, and thine angels
have charge over them;" Doctrine and Covenants 109:22
He truly gives me power to combat life's problems when I attend the temple. And I feel His angels are "round about" me.
